1. Agreement to these Terms
By creating an account, accessing BaseHeart, purchasing a subscription or Hearts, connecting a third-party service, or otherwise using BaseHeart, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. Optional cookie consent is separate from acceptance of these Terms. If you use BaseHeart on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
If you do not agree, do not use BaseHeart.
2. Accounts and access
You must be legally capable of entering into these Terms. If you are using BaseHeart for a company or other organization, you must be authorized to do so.
You must provide accurate information, protect your login credentials and promptly notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.
You are responsible for activity under your account and for users you authorize in a workspace, subject to applicable law and the permissions available in BaseHeart.
3. The BaseHeart service and beta features
BaseHeart provides tools for creating and managing app projects, workspaces, agents, integrations and related product features. Some features may be experimental, preview, beta or under active development. Such features may change, be incomplete, have usage limits or be discontinued.
4. Your projects and content
As between you and BaseHeart, you retain ownership of the project files, prompts, text, images, code and other content you submit to BaseHeart, subject to any rights held by third parties.
You must have the rights and permissions needed for content you upload or instruct BaseHeart to process.
You grant BaseHeart a limited, non-exclusive license to host, copy, transmit, process, modify and display your content only as reasonably necessary to provide, secure and support the service, comply with law, enforce these Terms and perform actions you request, including processing by service providers described in our Privacy Policy. This license ends when the content is deleted from active systems, except for limited backups, records required by law or security, and content already lawfully processed before deletion.
5. Agents, models and generated output
BaseHeart Agent is an AI system. When you use its chat, planning or build interfaces, you are interacting directly with automated AI. BaseHeart may use third-party model/API providers to generate code, text, plans or other outputs in response to your instructions. Generated output can be incomplete, inaccurate, insecure or unsuitable for a particular purpose.
You are responsible for reviewing generated output before publishing, deploying, purchasing, sending or relying on it.
Do not rely on generated output as professional legal, financial, medical or other regulated advice.
BaseHeart may enforce technical, plan, cost and safety limits on agent runs.
6. Third-party services and connectors
BaseHeart can connect to third-party services such as Google, GitHub, payment services and other providers. Connecting a service authorizes BaseHeart to use the permissions you approve for the functionality you request.
Connected services are optional
Google, GitHub, Convex and similar connectors are not activated merely because you visit BaseHeart. They require an explicit connection flow and the permissions shown by the provider. You can disconnect supported connectors in BaseHeart and, where available, revoke them directly with the provider.
For details about how Google API data is handled, see the Google user data section of our Privacy Policy.
7. Subscriptions, payments and Hearts
Hearts are internal usage units used to measure or pay for eligible BaseHeart functionality. Unless required by law, Hearts are not money, are not a bank deposit, do not earn interest, are not transferable outside supported BaseHeart features and do not have a cash redemption value.
Payment processing
Payments may be processed by a third-party payment provider. You authorize us and the payment provider to charge the selected payment method for approved purchases, applicable taxes and recurring fees.
Purchases are credited only to the authenticated profile, workspace or wallet selected for that purchase, subject to BaseHeart access controls.
Refunds are handled according to applicable law and the refund rules shown at purchase. If a purchase is refunded, related Hearts, credits or entitlements may be removed or adjusted.
Some agent operations may reserve estimated Hearts before running and reconcile the final charge afterward. An unsuccessful or cancelled operation may release unused reservations according to the product rules shown in BaseHeart.
Mandatory consumer cancellation, refund or statutory rights that apply to you are not excluded by these Terms.
8. Acceptable use
You must not use BaseHeart in violation of law, sanctions, export controls or rights of others.
BaseHeart may enforce technical, plan, cost and safety limits on agent runs.
9. BaseHeart intellectual property
BaseHeart, its product design, software, branding, interfaces, documentation and service infrastructure are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited right to use the service under these Terms, no rights in BaseHeart technology or branding are transferred to you.
10. Availability, updates and maintenance
BaseHeart provides tools for creating and managing app projects, workspaces, agents, integrations and related product features. Some features may be experimental, preview, beta or under active development. Such features may change, be incomplete, have usage limits or be discontinued.
11. Suspension, cancellation and termination
BaseHeart may enforce technical, plan, cost and safety limits on agent runs.
If you do not agree, do not use BaseHeart.
